New York School-Based Health Centers 2024-2025 At a Glance

We are excited to bring you the 2024-2025 At a Glance Annual Report on New York School-Based Health Centers. This report describes the invaluable work of New York’s school-based health centers, including the nature of the students and communities they serve, the health conditions they encounter, the mix of services they offer, and the care they provide to their students.

The report is made possible by the Statewide SBHC Data Hub, a project of the New York School-Based Health Foundation to address the current lack of data needed to document and improve the statewide impact of NY’s SBHCs. We’d also like to thank Apex Evaluation for their invaluable help in putting this report together.
