NYC Youth Homeless Services Have 'Significant Gaps,' New Report Finds

The study found that New York's safety net for youth, which involves the city departments for homelessness and child welfare as well as nonprofit providers, can feel particularly difficult to navigate for young people - roughly 4600 people utilizing homeless shelters who are under the age of 25 and almost entirely of color - who have experienced hardship.
