  • The American Academy of Pediatrics has a great document on provider/patient Telehealth workflow 


Staff Training:

  • Free: NYS Telehealth Training Portal- an open-access platform for health care professionals at all levels to receive peer-reviewed Telehealth education.

  • Has a cost: The National School of Applied Telehealth has several certificate programs to train health care professionals in clinical presentation. Most courses are $299.00 and are self-directed.

  • Article on how to introduce staff to Telehealth –  tips such as holding Q & A sessions, having an accessible FAQ sheet, and conducting mock visits.
