Foundation receives 2 year, $100k grant from NYCT

The Foundation is thrilled to share that a proposal submitted to the New York Community Trust earlier in 2019 for $100k has been approved. These funds will be utilized to develop three projects over to years: a pilot for statewide sbhc data repository (or hub); a leadership and learning academy for school-based health professionals; and a marketing and visibility campaign. The Foundation and its sister organization, the New York School-Based Health Alliance (NYSBHA) will partner to develop and execute the data and academy projects.
